Overview

The Kapulo Mine was a copper oxide heap leach and SX-EW operation in Haut-Katanga Province, operated by Australian-listed Tiger Resources. The mine produced copper cathodes from high-grade oxide ores and was considered a successful mid-scale DRC operation before financial distress led to Tiger Resources' collapse.
