It shows the full railway network (operational, under rehabilitation, and planned), major road corridors, ports, airports, power generation facilities, and fibre optic routes.

Key infrastructure elements include the Benguela Railway, SNCC network, Zambia Railways, the Port of Lobito, the mineral terminal, energy generation sites, and digital infrastructure routes. Competing corridors including the TAZARA and Nacala routes are shown for comparison.
Data Sources
Infrastructure data is checked against national transport authorities, railway operators, port authorities, and DFI project databases. Core May 2026 source anchors include LAR for the 1,289 km Angola line, 450 km DRC access section and operating milestones; MIGA for the Lobito-Luau project scope; Porto do Lobito and AGL for terminal specifications; and AFC, USTDA and the European Commission for the planned Zambia-Lobito greenfield railway.
